I'm not sure what threshar is. It's not in the joy of cooking, wikipedia, and a google search lists this post on the first page...

How is the fish being prepared? If the swordfish and/or tuna is being seared and left rare, but served warm, I'd go with grilled asparagus or pickled pepper relish. Those two fish cooked rare can stand up to almost any starch, so I'd go with grilled red or yellow potatoes seasoned with the same seasoning you put on the fish.

If it is being seared but served cold, I'd go with a thai cucumber relish, not american style.

If the fish is being fully cooked, I'd break it up and mix it wish some olive oil, vinegar, capers, diced celery and hard boiled egg, and eat it on well toasted rounds cut from french bread.

If the fish is being eaten raw, anything found on a sushi plate would be fine, but those two fish take well to heat, so include some wasabi paste.

Ah, I don't know anything about that then. Never had shark. If it's red, I'd follow the above, I guess.
